This fixture and hydraulics are mounted on a cart so it is easily moved in the work station. The height is adjustable for different operators that might be working in the cell as well as the fixture is on a trunnion being able to rotate the fixture to access all welds. The operator loads each component and then actuates the levers to clamp each detail and support the parts during weld to minimize the part moving during the weld process. The operator then unclamps and easily removes the finished product from the fixture.
